A According to the order quantity and country area, there are air, Express (DHL, EMS), sea and rail (wholesale orders) transportation.

A We guarantee that our peony roots are healthy and that the peony roots are packed in a mossy paper container to keep the roots moist and avoid shaking during transport.

A Our plants should be cleaned, disinfected and fumigated before being shipped, and then moisturized and packaged in moss.

A We are a wholesaler of peony tree. The minimum number is 500 strains.
But we are also in international retail. 5 strains per variety.

A We welcome orders all the year. But if you order products before July, we can offer you a 5% discount. We can prepare the peony root for the customer in advance, which will reduce our workload in October. Our customer can buy good quality peony roots at a lower cost.

Q What is your payment method?
A We accept PayPal, T/T payment. If it is a large order, you can take T/T, T/T 30% as deposit, 70% according to T/T balance payment; small orders can use Paypal or T/T. This is usually 100% payment, then send goods.

Q Can you guarantee that the root of the peony I received is the same as the picture on your website?

Q When do I order products?
A You are welcome to place an order all year round. But we hope that you place your order as soon as possible, because we have limited supply for certain varieties, and if you place an order too late, they may be sold out. We first reserve the factory for the early orders.
As for the fresh cut flowers, the delivery time is from March to May. If you place an order in June, the flowers must be shipped next spring.
As for the peony root, the transportation time is from September to February next year.
