A Tree peony is very cold-resistant and suitable for growing in cold areas. The planting latitude has been transferred to 53 degrees north latitude; it is resistant to low temperatures (-43℃).

Q Once they grow and bloom, will they be the same color and variety we ordered?
A We can guarantee that if you ordered the crafted variety tree peony, you will get the exactly same variety tree peony. We have specific area for each variety in our nursery, we already have labeled each variety and once the plants are dug out, we will put variety tags on the plants. It helps us to distinguish between different peony varieties.

Q How long does the peony root survive when it is delivered without being damaged?
A The peony stopped growing in the fall and entered the dormant phase in September. Peony plant roots can survive in colder containers for two months.

Q What are your transportation methods?
A According to the order quantity and country area, there are air, Express (DHL, EMS), sea and rail (wholesale orders) transportation.

Q How can you let the plants get here healthy without any damage?
A We can guarantee that our peony roots are healthy, we will dig them out only after the order is confirmed, and the roots will be cover with moss to keep it moist and then pack in carton to avoid shaking during transport.

Q I want to know what is the way the product is packaged when you export it?
A Our plants should be cleaned, disinfected and fumigated before being shipped, and then moisturized and packaged in moss.

Q What is the minimum order quantity?
A We are a wholesaler of peony tree. The minimum number is 500 strains.
But we are also in international retail. 5 strains per variety.

Q Is there a discount?
A We welcome orders all the year. But if you order products before July, we can offer you a 5% discount. We can prepare the peony root for the customer in advance, which will reduce our workload in October. Our customer can buy good quality peony roots at a lower cost.

Q What is your payment method?
A We accept PayPal, T/T payment. If it is a large order, you can take T/T, T/T 30% as deposit, 70% according to T/T balance payment; small orders can use Paypal or T/T. This is usually 100% payment, then send goods.

Q When do I order products?
A You are welcome to place an order all year round. But we hope that you place your order as soon as possible, because we have limited supply for certain varieties, and if you place an order too late, they may be sold out. We first reserve the factory for the early orders.
As for the fresh cut flowers, the delivery time is from March to May. If you place an order in June, the flowers must be shipped next spring.
As for the peony root, the transportation time is from September to February next year.
