How Should We Prevent And Control Peony From Contracting Anthrax?
Anthrax disease is a common plant disease, so how should we prevent and control anthracnose in tree peonies.
Symptoms: Anthrax often causes the leaves of tree peonies to have continuous withered spots, twisted stems, and young branches to wither and die. When the tree leaves are infected, small brown spots appear on the surface of the leaf, gradually expanding into circular to irregular large spots. The spots are mostly brown, and some varieties have gray white spots in the center and yellow brown edges. In the later stage, the center of the spots cracks and sometimes appears perforated.
Disease conditions: high temperature, heavy rain, frequent dew, and closed plant clusters can easily induce diseases.
Prevention and control methods:Promptly remove diseased and disabled bodies, bury or burn them deep.
Pay attention to ventilation and timely drainage during the rainy season.
In the early stages of the disease, 70% mancozeb 500 times solution or 80% anthracnose Fumei 500 times solution can be sprayed once every 10-15 days, with two consecutive sprays.
